"Paul Acaster was a Sheffielder, born towards the end of WWII
and grew up on a small holding in Wardsend. He instilled in me a love of gardens and cooking and I can’t think of a better tribute to my lovely Dad
than renaming this Sheffield fruit tree in his honor.
I am looking forward to making the first Paul Acaster Plum Pie"
